Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the emperialhomegoods platform ("the Platform"), creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered customers.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Engage in any activity that could harm other users
- Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission

Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Platform are provided in good faith. However, emperialhomegoods reserves the right to:
- Modify product descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue any product at any time
- Correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. emperialhomegoods reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include Pay on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards. You agree to pay all amounts due for your orders, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. emperialhomegoods will make reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timeframes:
- Lagos & Abuja: 1–2 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
Free delivery applies to orders above ₦20,000. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. emperialhomegoods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. To initiate a return:
- Go to My Account → My Orders and select "Return Item"
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt of returned item
Final sale items, personalised products, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, images, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the property of emperialhomegoods or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. emperialhomegoods does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, emperialhomegoods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform or its services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. You agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to Terms
emperialhomegoods reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or through the Platform's notification system.
