Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preferred time frame).
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
To start a return, please fill out the Contact Us form with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Need a different size or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately with a photo and details. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, undergarments, or sale items marked as final sale.
